  • Coconut milk
    100 ml
  • Vegetable broth
    150 ml
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Ginger

  • Olive oil

Step by step

    Cube pumpkin.

    Chop onion, garlic and ginger.

    Heat olive oil, sauté onions.
