Method

Step by step

    Cube pumpkin, fry soft in olive oil.

    Cook pasta al dente in salted water.

    Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and walnuts.

    Fry sage in olive oil until crispy.

    Toss pasta with pumpkin mixture and a little cooking water.
