  • Hokkaido pumpkin
    ¼ kg
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Cinnamon
    ¼ tsp
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Garlic powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Chili flakes

  • Rosemary

Method

Step by step

    Wash pumpkin, halve, deseed.

    Cut into wedges (skin can stay on).

    Mix olive oil, honey, cinnamon, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Rub pumpkin with it.

    Spread on a baking tray with garlic and herbs.

    Bake at 200°C for about 25 min.
