Step by step

    Soak breadcrumbs in milk.

    Finely chop anchovies.

    Mix mince with egg, breadcrumb mass, onions, anchovies, salt and pepper.

    Form klopse.

    Steep in broth with bay leaf for about 15 min.

    Melt butter, sweat flour.

    Add broth, cook sauce.

    Stir in cream and capers.

    Adjust with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Serve klopse in sauce.
