  • White cabbage

  • Beef mince
    150 g
  • Rice
    25 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Tomatoes pureed
    100 g
  • Broth
    100 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Marjoram
    ¼ tsp
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Vegetable oil
    ¾ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Blanch cabbage leaves in salted water.

    Half-cook the rice.

  3. 3

    Finely chop onion, mix mince with rice, onion, egg, marjoram, paprika, salt and pepper.

    Place 2–3 tbsp filling on each cabbage leaf, roll up.

    Sear rolls in oil.

    Add pureed tomatoes and broth.

  7. 7

    Braise about 50 min.

    Serve with potatoes.
