Method

Step by step

    Finely grate carrots.

    Whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy, stir in oil.

    Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

    Fold in flour mixture and carrots alternately.

    Fill into greased springform pan, bake at 175°C for about 40 min.

    Whisk cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice into a frosting.

    Spread frosting on the cooled cake.
