Step by step

    Wash soup chicken and set up with cold water.

    Bring to a boil, skim foam.

  3. 3

    Roughly cut vegetables, add with salt, pepper, bay leaf and herbs.

    Simmer over low heat for 2 hr.

  5. 5

    Remove chicken, pull meat off the bone.

  6. 6

    Strain broth through a sieve.

  7. 7

    Slice carrots and return to the soup.

  8. 8

    Cook noodles to done in the soup.

  9. 9

    Return chicken meat and serve.
