Method

Step by step

    Whisk quark, oil, 2 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder.

    Add flour and knead into a dough.

    Mix apple sauce with remaining sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll out dough and cut into triangles.

    Place a little apple sauce on the wide side.

    Roll up tightly.

    Brush with whisked egg, sprinkle with pearl sugar.

    Bake at 180°C for about 20 min until golden.
