  • Raspberries
    100 g
  • Cream
    80 ml
  • Powdered sugar
    20 g
  • Gelatin
    1 sheet
  • Lemon juice
    ¼ tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar
    1 Pck
Method

Step by step

    Soak gelatin in cold water.

    Puree raspberries and pass through a sieve.

    Whisk puree with powdered sugar and lemon juice.

    Squeeze out gelatin, dissolve in a small pot.

    Stir into the raspberry puree.

    Whip cream stiff.

    Carefully fold whipped cream into the raspberry mixture.

    Fill into glasses and chill at least 2 hr.
