Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 150°C, line tray with parchment, distribute wafer papers.

    Finely grind hazelnuts.

    Whip egg whites with salt to stiff peaks.

  4. 4

    Slowly add sugar, continue whipping until glossy.

  5. 5

    Carefully fold in hazelnuts, vanilla and cinnamon.

    Place small mounds on the wafer papers with two teaspoons.

  7. 7

    Bake at 150°C for about 20–22 min.

    Cool on a rack.
