  • Chicken breast
    150 g
  • Mozzarella
    50 g
  • Tomatoes
    20 g
  • Cream
    80 ml
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp
  • Broth
    30 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Italian herbs
    ½ tsp
  • Basil
    1 bunch
  • Parmesan

Method

Step by step

    Cut chicken breast horizontally, season with salt and pepper.

    Finely chop garlic, slice sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

    Heat olive oil in a pan, fry chicken 4 min per side and remove.

    Sauté garlic in the pan.

    Add sun-dried tomatoes, deglaze with broth and cream.

    Season with Italian herbs, salt and pepper.

    Return chicken to the pan.

    Place mozzarella slices on top, sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Gratinate in oven at 200°C for about 12 min.

    Serve sprinkled with basil.
