  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Spätzle
    125 g
  • Leek
    1 stalk
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Cream
    60 ml
  • Grated cheese
    50 g
  • Broth
    50 ml
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp
  • Italian herbs
    ½ tsp
  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Paprika powder
    ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Slice onions into thin rings.

    Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil, fry onion rings until golden and drain on paper towel.

    Slice leek into rings, finely chop garlic.

    Heat remaining oil in a large pan, brown mince crumbly.

    Add leek and garlic, sauté along 5 min.

    Deglaze with broth and cream, season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.

    Fold in spaetzle and briefly warm through.

    Sprinkle with cheese, let melt briefly.

    Serve sprinkled with crispy onions and parsley.
