  • Lamb's lettuce
    50 g
  • Parmesan
    20 g
  • Pine nuts
    15 g
  • Garlic cloves

  • Olive oil
    30 ml
  • Lemon juice
    ½ tbsp
  • Salt
    ½ tsp
  • Pepper
    1 pinch
  • Walnut oil
    ½ tbsp
Method

Step by step

    Cook spaghetti al dente in plenty of salted water according to package.

    Toast pine nuts in a dry pan until golden.

    Wash lamb's lettuce and drain well.

  4. 4

    Puree lamb's lettuce, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice in a blender.

    Adjust with salt and pepper.

    Drain spaghetti, reserve some cooking water.

  7. 7

    Combine pesto with the spaghetti, loosen with cooking water if needed.
