  • Olive oil

  • Sour cream

  • Crème fraîche

Method

Step by step

    Knead flour, water, olive oil and salt into a smooth dough.

    Let dough rest 20 min.

    Mix sour cream and crème fraîche with pepper and nutmeg.

    Slice onions into fine rings.

    Roll out dough very thinly on a baking tray.

    Spread sour cream mixture thinly.

    Top with onion rings and bacon cubes.

    Bake at 230°C for about 12–15 min until crispy.
