- Cauliflower1 Stk
- Shrimp fresh100 g
- Garlic cloves1 Stk
- Lemon juice¾ tbsp
- Olive oil1,3 tbsp
- Parsley1 bunch
- Mint1 bunch
- Cherry tomatoes50 g
- Cucumber1 Stk
- Salt¼ tsp
- Chili flakes1 pinch
Method
Step by step

Divide cauliflower into florets and chop in a food processor to couscous size.

Sauté in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil for 5 min, season with salt and pepper.

Clean shrimp, season with salt and pepper.

Heat remaining olive oil with chopped garlic and chili flakes in a pan.

Fry shrimp 2–3 min.

Halve cherry tomatoes, cube cucumber, chop herbs.

Mix cauliflower couscous with tomatoes, cucumber, herbs and lemon juice.

Plate, distribute shrimp on top.
