Step by step

Finely chop onion and garlic, cube bell pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion and garlic.

Add minced meat and brown crumbly.

Add bell pepper and sauté along briefly.

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika and oregano and briefly toast.

Add tomatoes, beans, corn and broth.

Simmer over medium heat for 30 min.

Adjust with salt and pepper, serve with rice or bread.
