    100 g
  • Beef mince
    125 g
  • Onion
    1 Stk
  • Garlic cloves
    1 Stk
  • Carrots
    1 Stk
  • Celery
    1 Stk
  • Tomatoes pureed
    175 g
  • Tomato paste
    ½ tbsp
  • Broth
    200 ml
  • Oregano
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt

  • Parmesan

Method

Step by step

    Finely dice onion, garlic, carrot and celery.

    Sauté in olive oil in a large pot, add minced meat and brown crumbly.

    Briefly toast tomato paste and oregano.

    Add pureed tomatoes and broth.

  5. 5

    Lay spaghetti in whole, season with salt and pepper.

    Simmer over medium heat for 12–15 min, stir occasionally.

    Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
