Method

Step by step

    Cook rice according to package.

    Chop carrots, zucchini and bell pepper, sauté in oil.

    Stir in tomato paste, deglaze with broth.

    Combine rice and vegetables in a baking dish.

    Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
