  • Wasabi
    ½ tsp
  • Sesame
    ¾ tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    ¾ tbsp
  • HoneyOr: Maple syrup

Method

Step by step

    Pat salmon fillet dry, rub with salt, pepper and wasabi paste.

    Whisk together soy sauce, mirin, honey and sesame oil.

    Sear salmon skin-side in the pan.

    Stir in sauce, glaze salmon with it.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with sesame and let finish briefly.

    Serve with rice and pak choi.
