Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a springform pan.

    Peel and core apples, cut into wedges or cubes, drizzle with lemon juice.

    Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.

    Stir in eggs one at a time.

    Mix flour with baking powder and fold in.

    Pour batter into the pan and smooth the surface.

    Distribute apple pieces evenly on the batter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
