Method

Step by step

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, milk and soy sauce into batter.

    Preheat and grease taiyaki mold.

    Pour batter into the bottom half, fill with red bean paste.

  4. 4

    Cover with more batter, close the mold.

  5. 5

    Bake 3–4 min per side until golden.

    Serve hot.
