Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 200°C.

    Whisk flour with eggs and milk into a smooth batter.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Cube bacon, render crispy in an ovenproof pan.

    Slice spring onions into rings, briefly fry along.

    Add butter and let it melt.
