  • Wheat flour

  • Milk
    80 ml
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Sugar
    ½ tbsp
  • Baking powder
    ½ tsp
  • Butter 15 g melted
    as needed
  • Vanilla extract
    ¼ tsp
  • Iodized salt
    1 pinch
  • Maple syrup
    30 ml
  • BlueberriesOr: Strawberry

Method

Step by step

    Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl.

    Whisk eggs with milk, melted butter and vanilla.

    Add liquid ingredients to flour mixture, briefly combine, small lumps are fine.

    Let batter rest 5 minutes.

    Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.

    Brush with some butter.

    One ladle of batter per pancake into pan.

    When bubbles form and bottom is golden, flip.

    Bake second side 1-2 minutes.

    Serve with berries and maple syrup.
