  • Beef mince

  • Strained tomatoes

  • Onion

  • Garlic cloves

  • Vegetable broth
    150 ml
  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Olive oil

Method

Step by step

    Chop onions and garlic, sauté in oil.

    Add mince and brown.

    Add strained tomatoes, broth and cream.

    Add uncooked penne.

    Simmer everything together for 15-18 min, stirring occasionally.

    Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
