  • Spinach
    100 g
  • Cream
    50 ml
  • Garlic cloves

  • Lemon juice
    ¾ tbsp
  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Dill

Method

Step by step

    Sauté spinach in butter with garlic.

    Add cream, season.

    Place in baking dish.

    Place salmon fillets on top.

    Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Bake at 180°C for about 20 min.
