  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Lemon juice

  • Dill

  • Butter

Step by step

    Pat salmon fillet dry.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a pan strongly.

    Place salmon skin-side down.

    Fry about 4 min until skin is crispy.

    Flip, reduce heat.

    Add butter and garlic, fry another 3 min.

    Drizzle with lemon juice, serve with dill.
