  • Semolina
    25 g
  • Milk
    70 ml
  • Coconut milk
    30 ml
  • Sugar
    10 g
  • Coconut flakes
    15 g
  • Butter
    5 g
  • Paprika powder
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Dark chocolate
    15 g
Method

Step by step

    Bring milk and coconut milk to a boil with butter and sugar.

    Stir in semolina and let swell 5 min while stirring.

    Fold in vanilla sugar, salt and half the coconut flakes.

    Pour mixture into a rectangular pan rinsed with water.

    Smooth out and let cool.

    Slice.

    Melt chocolate.

    Dip slices in it, sprinkle with remaining coconut flakes.
