  • Breadcrumbs

Method

Step by step

    Finely grate onion and garlic.

    Chop parsley.

    Combine mince with onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley and all spices.

    Knead vigorously 5 minutes, then chill 20 minutes.

    Form mixture into long, finger-thick sausages.

    Heat olive oil in a pan.

    Brown köfte all around 8 minutes until golden.

    Serve with rice, yogurt sauce and salad.
