  • Fresh yeast

  • Milk
    10 ml
  • Butter

Method

Step by step

    Cook potatoes, peel and press through a ricer.

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk.

    Knead flour, potatoes, yeast milk, butter, salt and sugar into a smooth dough.

    Let rise 1 hr.

    Form 12 rolls.

    Let rise another 20 min.

    Brush with whisked egg, sprinkle with sesame.

    Bake at 200°C for about 20 min until golden.
