  • Potatoes floury
    25 g
  • Fresh yeast
    2 g
  • Water
    20 ml
  • Salt
    ¼ tsp
  • Olive oil
    ¼ tbsp
  • Rosemary
    2 sprigs
Method

Step by step

    Cook potatoes, peel and mash or press.

    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

    Knead flour, potato mass, yeast, salt and olive oil into a dough.

    Let rise 1 hr in a warm place.

    Place into a loaf pan.

    Let rise another 20 min.

    Score the surface, sprinkle with rosemary needles.

    Bake at 200°C for about 40 min.
