  • Celery
    35 g
  • Leek
    1 stalk
  • Onion

  • Parsley
    1 bunch
  • Bay leaf

  • Peppercorns

Step by step

    Wash soup chicken and place in a large pot.

    Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.

    Skim off the foam.

    Halve peeled onion and brown without fat.

    Roughly cube carrots, celery and leek.

    Add vegetables, onion, bay leaf, peppercorns and salt to the chicken.

    Simmer over low heat for about 90 min.

    Remove chicken, strain broth.

  9. 9

    Pull meat off the bones and divide into pieces.

  10. 10

    Cook soup noodles in the broth for about 8 min.
