- Pumpkin150 g
- Tomatoes20 g
- Walnut kernels20 g

- Cream60 ml
- Parmesan20 g
- Olive oil1,3 tbsp

- Parsley1 bunch
- Thyme¼ tsp

Method
Step by step

Cook penne al dente in salted water.

Peel pumpkin, remove seeds and cube.

Finely chop garlic, slice sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

Roughly chop walnuts and toast in a dry pan.

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, fry pumpkin 10 min.

Add garlic and tomatoes, briefly fry along.

Deglaze with cream, season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary.

Add pasta to the sauce.

Serve sprinkled with walnuts, Parmesan and parsley.
