Step by step

    Pound chicken breast flat between film.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Set out flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs on plates.

    Bread schnitzel first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry schnitzel 3–4 min per side until golden.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Serve with lemon wedges.
