  • Wheat flour

  • Brown sugar

  • Honey

  • Baking powder

  • Salt

Method

Step by step

    Preheat oven to 180°C, line tray with parchment.

    Cream soft butter with sugar, vanilla and salt.

    Stir in egg and honey.

  4. 4

    Mix flour with baking powder, cinnamon and oats.

    Roughly chop chocolate.

    Add dry ingredients and chocolate to the butter mixture, briefly fold in.

    Place small mounds with two teaspoons on the tray, slightly flatten.

    Bake at 180°C for about 12–15 min until golden.

    Cool on a rack.
