  • Milk
    260 ml
  • Turmeric
    ½ tsp
  • Ginger
    1 cm
  • Cinnamon
    ½ tsp
  • Pepper
    2 pinches
  • Honey
    1 tbsp
  • Vanilla
    ½ tsp
  • Coconut oil
    ½ tsp
  • Pine nuts

Method

Step by step

    Peel and finely grate ginger.

    Pour milk into a pot.

    Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla and coconut oil.

    Warm over medium heat for 5 min, do not let boil.

    Strain through a sieve into cups.

    Sweeten with honey and serve immediately.
