  • Strawberries
    75 g
  • Nutella
    50 g
  • Eggs
    1 Stk
  • Pearl sugar
    10 g
  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.

    Cut dough into squares of about 12x12 cm.

    Wash strawberries, hull and slice.

  4. 4

    Place 1 tsp Nutella and a few strawberry slices on each square.

    Brush dough edges with whisked egg.

    Fold dough diagonally, press edges with a fork.

    Brush pockets with remaining egg, sprinkle with pearl sugar.

    Bake at 200°C for about 18 min until golden.

    Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
