- Gelatin1 sheet

Step by step

Finely crumble butter biscuits.

Melt butter and combine with the crumbs.

Press mixture firmly into a springform pan.

Soak gelatin in cold water.

Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until creamy.

Whip cream to stiff peaks.

Squeeze out gelatin and dissolve in 2 tbsp warm water.

Stir gelatin into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in cream.

Spread cream onto the biscuit base, chill about 2 hr.
