  • Hazelnut-nougat cream

  • Powdered sugar

Method

Step by step

    Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.

    Wash strawberries and slice.

    Spread hazelnut-nougat cream on each square.

    Lay strawberry slices on top.

    Fold dough into pockets or triangles, press edges.

    Brush with egg yolk.

    Bake at 200°C for about 18 min until golden, dust with powdered sugar.
