Right of Withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal for paid Mealyo subscriptions.

Note: This right of withdrawal applies only when you, as a consumer, conclude a contract directly with Enactus Mannheim e. V. (Mealyo). If you buy a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, the contract is concluded with the respective store operator and their refund/withdrawal rules apply. The legally binding version of this notice is the German one.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your statement before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the moment you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the total scope of services foreseen by the contract.
