  • Semolina
    50 g
  • Sugar
    20 g
  • Vanilla
    ¼ tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Butter
    10 g
  • Cinnamon
    ½ tsp
  • Mint
    1 bunch
  • Brown sugar

Method

Step by step

    Bring milk to a boil with vanilla, sugar and salt in a pot.

    Sprinkle in semolina while stirring constantly.

    Simmer over low heat 5–7 min, stirring occasionally.

    Take off the heat, stir in butter.

    Peel, core and cube apples.

    Caramelize in a pan with brown sugar and cinnamon for 5 min.

    Fill semolina pudding into bowls, serve with cinnamon-apple compote.
