    65 g
  • Sugar
    50 g
  • Water
    30 ml
  • Vanilla sugar
    1 Pck
  • Cinnamon
    ½ tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
Method

Step by step

    Bring water, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt to a boil in a pan.

    Add almonds and reduce while stirring constantly.

    When liquid has evaporated, almonds become dry and sandy.

  4. 4

    Continue stirring until sugar melts again and coats the almonds shiny.

    Spread almonds on parchment paper and pull apart.

    Let cool completely.
