  • StrawberriesOr: Raspberries fresh, Frozen strawberries
    125 g
  • Heavy cream
    100 ml
  • Meringue 40 g crumbled
    as needed
  • Vanilla extractOr: Vanilla sugar
    ¼ tsp
  • Powdered sugar

  • Lime juiceOr: Lemon juice

Method

Step by step

    Wash, hull and slice strawberries.

    Puree half the strawberries with powdered sugar and lime juice.

    Whip cream stiff with vanilla extract.

    Loosely combine cream, strawberry puree, strawberry pieces and crumbled meringue.

    Do not stir too long, it should look marbled.

    Plate in glasses and serve immediately.
