- Black tea1 tbsp
- Milk260 ml
- Water120 ml
- Honey1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick2 Stk
- Cardamom2 Stk
- Cloves2 Stk
- Ginger1 cm
- Star anise2 Stk
- Vanilla½ tsp
Method
Step by step

Bring water to a boil with cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, star anise, vanilla and peeled ginger.

Simmer gently 5 min so the spices release their aroma.

Add black tea and let steep another 3–4 min.

Add milk and heat carefully, do not boil.

Sweeten with honey, strain through a sieve into cups.

Optionally garnish with a little milk foam.
