  • Milk
    130 ml
  • Sugar
    25 g
  • Vanilla pod

  • Jelly
    25 g
  • Strawberries

Method

Step by step

    Soak gelatin in cold water.

    Bring cream, milk, sugar and vanilla to a boil.

    Squeeze gelatin and dissolve in hot cream.

  4. 4

    Fill into molds and chill in fridge for at least 4 hours.

    Turn out onto plates and serve with strawberry sauce or fresh fruit.
