Step by step

    Peel and segment oranges, catch the juice.

    Core apple and pear and dice.

    Immediately drizzle with lime juice (prevents browning).

    Slice banana.

    Halve grapes, peel and dice kiwi.

    Wash strawberries and quarter.

    Combine all fruit in a bowl.

    Drizzle with honey and orange juice.
